ALL CASH PAYMENTS ARE FINAL SALE

** RETURNS ARE OFFERED UP TO 10 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE**

**RECEIPT REQUIRED NO MATTER WHAT**

  • Needs proof of purchase
  • Flooring packages are REQUIRED to be UNDAMAGED, UNOPENED/UNUSED for the return to be processed.
  • Other items ; shoe mold, transitions, adhesives, etc… Should have no damages for a purchase to be processed.

**ALL Grouts, Special Orders, Closeout, Clearance, Final Sale, and Discontinued Items are NON-RETURNABLE!**

“If you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase, for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 10 days of purchase, for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To make a return: Items must be unopened/unused, items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund/exchange of any kind.”

For types of refunds:

  • Credit Card Used for purchase
  • Store/ Account Credit (Shopify has Gift Cards available for AC)

If we DO offer Store/ Account Credit:

How would we input this into the system? Shopify Gift Cards, & Make a Note in Clients Profile. (Please also tag when the GC is used on a purchase)

Would clients be able to use their credit towards anything?

Would we tell the clients they have credit available or would we give them a Card that tells them their credit balance? Shopify Gift Cards will tell the client the balance.
