At Bronco Materials & Supplies, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Most of our products, including flooring and tile, ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight and are palletized for protection during transit.
📦 Shipping Methods
- LTL Freight Shipping – For palletized items like tile, SPC flooring, and large bulk materials
- Parcel Shipping – For small accessory items and light orders
🚛 LTL Freight Shipping Details
- Residential Deliveries: Includes liftgate service. Materials are delivered curbside and not brought inside.
- Commercial Deliveries: Require a loading dock or forklift for unloading.
- Liftgate Limit: Orders are packaged to stay under liftgate weight limits (typically 1,900 lbs per pallet).
📐 Handling Units & Pallet Specs
Orders are shipped on 48" x 40" standard pallets, securely shrink-wrapped and labeled. Each pallet is packed to meet safe stacking and weight distribution requirements.
💵 Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on product weight, delivery address, and accessorial services (e.g., liftgate)
- Includes a handling and logistics fee to cover palletization, shrink-wrap, and warehouse labor

⏱ Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
- Orders ship within 2–4 business days of being placed
- Transit time varies by carrier and location (typically 2–7 business days)
🛑 Important Notes
- Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Note visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
- Report concealed damage within 48 hours with photos to help us file a freight claim.
- If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or lack of unloading capability, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
